1. The cool side is made from our cool gel fabric, typically used on hot days. The other side is made of viscose rayon, a breathable, soft and cozy material for colder days. All in all, our pillow is perfect for year-round use - you just flip it over when you're feeling cold or hot. Two uses for one pillow!

2. Once you open the package, fluff it within 6-12 hours and place it in a ventilated area to let the odor dissipate. Also, queen size pillows are easy to clean and the bed pillows are removable and machine washable (do not wash the pillowcase so it will not fluff anymore). Please avoid drying the pillowcase in the dryer to prevent damage to the cool feel material. For your convenience, all materials are non-chemically treated and CertiPUR certified.
